yes, try with another template and see if this code is aslo loaded twice or not

I am sorry: It is working fine with 'beez3'. So there must be a conflict with my template

Do you have any idea, what i can do now?

yes, try to find why your templates loads the scipts twice. This should not be done, and once fixed the accordeon menu will be OK
