Menu Accordeon CK Sub menus not expanding

My accordion menu stop expanding sub menus after a few clicks. If I click back to home I can use the menu again for a few clicks.

To reproduce the problem for example click “new courses” and then try to click on “Interstate Conversions” If you click home you will be able to expand “Interstate Conversions”

else window.onload = function(e) {puretip();}

find what is "puretip" and what is loaded this, and disable it
