I'm having problems with toggling a multi-level menu open and closed, and I'm seeing some effects options that aren't working at all or aren't working as expected.
I've tried to describe below what happens with specific settings. CK is installed on Joomla 3.3.1. Let me know what other information you need to troubleshoot. Any help is most appreciated. Thank you!
Menu will not Toggle Open/Closed:
- When top link is just a text separator (not a link to a page), link won't open at all (won't toggle the menu open/closed). This is my biggest concern right now since the menu won't work at all.
- When top link goes to a page: Opens to the page and opens the menu, but won't toggle open/closed without opening the page.
Images:
- It shows the plus/open symbol when sub-menu is open, not the minus/close symbol.
When settings = click-to-open (link = article):
When "target element" = both link and image
- Level-1 links and their level-2 sub-menus will not open at all.
- Mouse cursor shows that both text and image are linked.
When "target element" = image only:
- Level-1 links and level-2 sub-menus DO open, but only if you click on the text.
- Mouse cursor shows that the image is NOT linked; only the text.
When settings = mouseover-to-open:
When "target element" = both link and image:
- Level-1 and level-2 links open, but only when clicked.
- Mouseover cursor shows the image IS linked.
When "target element" = image only:
- Level-1 and level-2 links open, but only when text is clicked.
- Mouseover cursor shows the image is not linked.
Transitions do not seem to work at all.
