Does not work in IE and Safari was created by rod

Hi there!
My menus do work in IE. I have IE 10 and 11. It also does not work on Safari. Only works in Firefox and Chrome.

Just to clarify things further. The collapse/expand (+/-) images do not work in IE and Safari. The menu does expand and collapse..
