Menu not work (subcategories not working)

Hi i install that menu and i think it is really good but menu stop work correctly.
At beginning everything works OK but after when i change title first position in menu- plus in menu stop roll.

Menu (plus) work on each page without first (this with renamed title)

anyway why menu worked before i renamed first position in main menu?
