Problems setting Hikashop menu

Hello, I downloaded and installed accordion menu with Hikashop patch but I cant't understand how to set it. Can you give me some instructions? Because if I make a menu wit "category listing" your accordion menu don't show all the categories.
Please let me know, thank you.

just edit the module options >> third party extensions >> enable the hikashop compatibility and the menu will load the categories

Thanks for your help but I cannot find the "third party extensions".
I attach the screenshot of the module options. I search on FTP and the patch is in its place, maybe I have to set CHMOD?
For the menu I have to make just one menu with "CATEGORY LISTING", is it right?
