Can't get all menu item closed by default was created by raganello
Hi why do I get one item expdande by default?
I wish to have the all menu item closed.
I did not put anything on the option "Item ID opened by default"
Suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Hi
this is because the item is active (means that it is linked or one of its submenus to the currect page)

Hi
this would need an update of the module, but this is not yet planned

With the latest version I found a way to do this under certain circumstances.
Basically I have one top level and multiple level 2 items.
The top level I found if it is an "alias" back to itself that any level 2 item will open with the menu closed no matte what.
I cannot show a link yet as the site is no live but later this month I should be able to.
I don't know if this is a bug, undocumented feature or a fluke configuration. But I have setup 3 secondary menus this way on the site and all 3 operate the same.
I accidentally discovered this when we noticed that if the top level was set to the first level 2 menu item. All other level 2 items would keep the menu closed but if open on the 1st level 2 menu item. After a while, I figured out the conditions and eventually hit on aliasing the top level menu item to itself.
Odd but it works.
