so you still have a jquery call :

<script src=" ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.2/jquery.min.js ">

may be in your template ? you must kiil this !
jquery is loaded by joomla, you must use the API and don't load it apart in joomla 3
