The Plus and Minus are too big and over the text

I have just bought Template Creator, and I have a couple of questions.

Question 1
How can I add my logo?

Question 2
I see in the documentation for the Template Creator (page 18) that it should be possible to set the page width. I can't find that in the template manager. Can somone help me?

1/ hover the logo >> click on the css buttno >> background tab >> change the image that is defined. This will be used as logo. You canalso set the dimensions for the logo (width and height)

2/ yes you must edit the general styles of the page which is the top left button under the main menu

Sorry that I only have a test site on xampp but I have the accordeon menu with a big plus and minus that are over the text.

I would also like to see a solution for the color of the text when I hover over it. It is not the #ffffff colour I picked so where could I change that?
