Accordion menu does not display alias menu item

I am getting an issue similar to this, but the URL's are showing a date in the place of the category.

The menu works as expected for the 1st 8 menu items created as a sub menu here:
www.carcolourservices.co.uk/repairing/abrasives.html

(left hand menu is using the Accordion Menu. The Repairing Manu + sub menus are all working as expected with the correct menu alias etc.)

All the other menus after that are showing dates in the URL and not the menu alias, do you know what would cause this?

Please explain me how you have set up your menu, especially the items that does not work as expected.
Also publish a standard menu module to see if the url have the same problem as the accordeon menu or not
