Cannot put my license code into my website

Hello,
I just bought Accordion Menu CK and also installed the PlugIn Extension Manager CK.
But I cannot find the Plugin in order to add my license code.
Were do I find the Extension Manager CK?

here is the place to put your licence code and manage your CK extensions
