Arrow floats ABOVE sticky menu

On our template, (cassiopeia), Joomla4, when you scroll up the image icons 'float' above the menu

I have attached an image of the 'floating arrow'.

I assume it is the z-index conflicting, thoughts on how I can fix?

Would you recommend that I put this custom css in the STYLE for the accordion, and not include the module ID number?

If I include the module id, then I would have to do this for each module.

I recommend to do the easiest solution that works
you can use something like that if you have mutilple modules with the same problem
