Cant understand the instruction

The instructions says..."To load a module in the menu just call his name".
What does it mean by that? Where do i type [Modid ID_DU_MODULE =] ??

you must call the ID
example, if your module has the ID 128, type this in the link title :
[modid=128]

you must edit a menu link, then in the title field on the top left in the page, add the code [modid=XX]
