for the articles, you could use the "blog" addon from Page Builder CK
Slideshow CK, and Slider CK also have an "article" plugin to load the articles,
depending on your needs

page builder does not seem to me to have the possibility to insert the latest articles while Slider CK does not work in the home of the site you have visited. i think it conflicts with page builder. thanks bye
