Error after trying to save the menu

Hello

I have the following error : Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JFormFieldCklist in /home/XXXXXX/modules/mod_accordeonck/elements/cklist.php on line 159

I am running the latest version of joomla, and my module is inside a multi site (with JMS multisite).
I also have the latest version of the accordeon menu

Any idea ?

I have never heard such problem here, the only "problem" that I see here is the fact that you are in multisite.
You shall ask the JMS developper (edwin ?) if this is related to the multisite environment

Even the icons near each field have broken links.
That's why I mentionned JMS Multisites.
