Base item and start level 2 not working properly

Thank you for this awesome module. Unfortunately I'm having some problems with module loading

I will try to explain in more detail. My site's structure is as follows:
In Accordeaon Menu CK,I selected "Services" as base item and set start level at "2", in order to have a services side menu on all pages.

Then in menu assignments I chose to display module on all pages and all languages.

But the module only shows up when I'm in services page.

I tried these same settings with Joomla native module and native module does show up on all pages.

I even go as far as using advanced module manager from nonubmers, but it didn't help as well.

However, If I set start level to 1 in Accordeon menu ck settings, it shows up on every page, of course in this case all of the menu is shown, which I don't need. Because I wanted to display only services menus on all pages.
