2nd Level Link Style Font

Hello,

I made my 2nd level link style white font and blue on mouseover. Which is the same way I have it for the 1st level and Other levels. But once I click on the 2nd level to open that submenu that title goes black and doesn't come back until I close the 2nd menu back up. Or, I just noticed that if I click somewhere else on the screen it does go back to white, but I have to click somewhere first. The other levels don't do that, they go back to white from blue as soon as I move the mouse off.
