No "Home" in the menu

Hi ced1870 ... thanks, you helped a lot. I found the javascript and was able to remove it, now home is showing up - I do have another issue. Our client is complaining that he experiences if you go into a sublevel and go back, the menu is displayed suddenly in 2 columns - see attached screen he send (small image, sorry, but you should be able to see what he means) ... Thanks ced1870 - was able to locate the script and remove the part which removed the home link. now home is showing up as it should. Another problem I have ... our client was complaining about the menu behaving strangly ... if you go into a sublevel and click back, the menu is not full width anymore and the sublevels are displayed in a second column parallel ... see image below, its small, but should show what he means ... ideas ?
