change Background of Artikel Title when hover over

Hi There,
Does anybody know if it is possible with template creator to change the background color of article titles when I hover over with the mouse pointer?
So especially , is it possible generally and without custom css ?

you can do that in the parameters >> titles >> h2
as the article are in H2 (in most cases). But this will impact all other h2 tags that you can have

Yes I found the settings to change the hover state color of the H2 text in the parameters section but that's not what I want to do.

I want to create an effect like it is shown in the standard protostar template of jommla 3.
It changes the whole block behind a single line of an article link if you hover over.
May be I'm to stupid to find the Setting to do that in TC.

I don't know which effect you are talking about then and I don't think that you will find an option for this into template creator

May be it get's clearer if I Show 2 Pictures of the effect.

Picture one Shows a list of Artikel Headlines if I use template protostar.
Picture two ist the Status if I hover over with the mouse.

That's what I want to recreate with TC

do you have activated bootstrap in the parameters into template creator ?
