Modules have changed size??

Hi,
overall template creator has been working beautifully.
Today, as I was working on my site I noticed that the footer module was aligned extreme left. Then I noticed that the bottom menu module now extends the whole width of my screen.
I added two new module positions below the main content, and, when assigning modules to those positions they, too extend the whole width of my screen, but everything above the main content area is still the narrow width (?600px). I have disabled them at the moment.
Any suggestions as to why the modules sizes have changed? Really not certain where to go to change the dimensions.

this seems due to a HTML issue into your template
have you edited manually the index.php file ?

also try to remove the facebook box plugin/module

Would not dream of touching the index.php file if I could avoid it, so that is a no.
I have disabled the FB module and back to normal - thanks for that. I will have to look at another FB option.
