Custom Logo not being used in template creation

When I upload a custom logo to be used in the template (in the templateCreator back end), it is not used when copying the template to my site.

Steps to reproduce:
1. When creating a template, upload a custom logo.
2. Copy template to the site
3. view site

It is still using the logo-fake.png as the logo instead of the one I uploaded.
It is also not saving the custom logo size in the template options, and instead, the options are set at the default 53/216 size

cache is turned off, and browser cache has been cleared

I have checked. The situation is as follow :
1/ during the preview the logo that you set is used
2/ once the template is installed it will be with the logo that you have set
3/ the template has some options to set the logo (for example if you want to use on multiple sites), and this option value is used after the template is installed
4/ if you want to change the logo then you need to go in the template options to select it

Many people asked me to add this option in the template, now if it creates some other problem "you" must tell me how it should work because I can not override the template settings

The issue I was having was that when I changed to logo to a custom one when creating the template, that the logo did not actually get used - even when I copied the template to a live template - it kept using the logo-fake.png.
It eventually DID work though, which makes me think it may actually be an issue on my server settings unless I just happened to stumble upon a workaround.
The ability to change the logo is an excellent one - makes life MUCH easier

the fact is that once the template is installed you must change the logo in the template options, no more in template creator even with a copy
