Cant't use copy template was created by Nioliv

I can't copy to the template direct after update to 3.3.9, it says "Error : Archive creation step"

yes I have to remove this note, because in the 3.3.9a I had to remove this feature because it was causing too many others issues.
I have to find a solution for this
