Menu Function not working

hello folks,

i have the problem, that my menu in the preview opens the sublevel-menue-points automatically, but when i go online, the sublevel-menue-points are only shown by klicking on the main-menue-point.
what can i do that they open automatically?

in the module options >> always show the submenu : set it to YES
