Custom Block + Module Position was created by Rutwin
Hi Ced,
I thought in previous versions of Template Creator there was an option to assign a module position to the custom html bloc - or am I mistaken?
I want to assign a module -only- to my front page - I don't like the extra code inserted by Joomla when using an article.
Hope you can tell me how - or please implement this option in later versions.

Hi
no as this is a html block not a module
for your needs, use the assignment option of the module in joomla!

Hi Ced,
OK, no problem. I got something figured out thanks to the possibility to enter custom PHP code in the parameters of the template.
I like to keep as much data inside my template, not a template that needs first and 20 plugins and modules installed before it works.
If you think anyone is interested I could write a little post explaining how to make a template using ONLY template creator that automatically creates different layouts for each active menu item:)
ps. one tiny hickup in the width and height of the logo block-->when I want to fill in "auto" it will automatically render into "autopx" ..or is that done on purpose? no problem I will use the custom css.

actually that is not so much an issue; what is worse is that when I remove the "module" and let say use 10% for the logobloc and 90% for the menu, then there will be automatically data filled into the height and width and there is no way of removing this --> it forces you to fill in data.
Cheers, tutorial comes soon!
