XML-Problems when trying to install Template

Hello and good evening,

I have bought and installed the latest Version in Joomla 3.2 under PHP 5.5.10 in latest Firefox 28. Everything seems to work fine, I can edit a Template and export it but when trying to install I always get the same error:

Warnung

JInstaller: :Install: Die Joomla!-XML-Installationsdatei konnte nicht gefunden werden.

But there is a XML installation file inside the folder!!!

I tried all three methods of installing with the Joomla installer, none of them worked. Also tried it offline under MAMP on a Mac with different PHP-Versions. And tried to modify the basic settings. Nothing!

Need a working solution (not only for one template but in general).

check that the name of the template has no space and no special character. ALso check that you have not written "&" in the information fields
