Making custom HTML block disappear on mobiles

Hi.
When you go to the 'Responsive Design' mode, it is not possible to have custom HTML blocks hide/show for any of the layouts.
Could this functionality be added please?

Also, the ability to hide individual module positions rather than hide all/show all would be a nice ability (even if it meant using something like 'mobile-hidden' as a module class suffix in the module settings)
