Fixed hight block
Is it possible in TC to give a block (modules) a fixed hight?
I cannot get it to work with a (transparent) background image in the block.
If it's set to scroll it shows only behind teh module size.
If I set it to fixed, it doesnot show at all. (bug?)
As I'm just an old school Illustrator/Photoshop - dreamweaver designer, starting with joomla and like to be in control:)
But furthermore it's great!

Hi
yes you can force the height using the expert mode. Anyway I don't like this because your content may vary and then the height will not

Hi,
I would like to set equal height to 3 responsive modules in "aligned modules".
I searched the net and found some css solutions and js solutions. I tried to apply the css solution (which i prefer) but without succces.
Is it possible?
best regards,
Niek

Hi
yes you can do it in the custom.css, using the min-height property is the easiest way
I would not suggest to use the display:table as some old browser would not recognize it and it can break other things

Hello,
Thanks for your fast response, I know it can be done by min-height. The only thing is it breaks responsiveness, if the contents becomes higher, you have to change the min-height also to have effect. Wouldn't it be possible to use something like shown here: webdesign.tutsplus.com/tutorials/quick-t...conundrum--cms-20403
thanks in advance,
best regards,
Niek

you can try to apply this method in the custom.css file or editing it directly in "parameters >> custom css"
