Can’t control box size for banner

Can’t control box size for banner was created by OttawaGolf

I cannot get the "shadow box" to be tight to my banner. Nor will it center vertically. Here I am using 2px left margin to make it center horizontally, but I'd prefer no margin at all. Can that be done? The banner is 728x90px
