400 Error

Hello,

Installed Template Creator V 3.1.7 in Joomla 3.2.1. When trying to edit the blank template (after login request from TC comp) I get a 400 error page.

Forgot to mention that the Joomla install is a sub-domain ex: sub.domain.com.

1/ please set the SEF off on your website, try if it works
2/ else try to unpublish all the additional system plugins to see if it works
3/ else contact your host provider and ask them to disable the rules "340113" "340145" "390572" on "mod_security"
