Create a Parallax site with Template Creator?

Hello, I wanted to know if it is possible to make a vertical parallax site (one page, with sliding background & graphic elements) with Template Creator? If so, how would one go about creating it? Example: themeforest.net/item/aragon-parallax-res...reen_preview/5166931

this is not possible without specific conding. Template creator does not have this feature
