Two questions

Hi, I have two questions:

1) How do I remove a module position once it is in the template? For example, Model 10 shows three positions in the top of the template and I need only two. I can see how to add a position, but not remove one.

2) How can I control the width of the module positions without setting a fixed width? Also, related, when I alter the width of a module position, the areas next to it do not move over to take up the space between the module positions.

For example: In model 10, we have the positions of "Left, Center, and Right". If I alter the width of the Left and Right positions, how do I get the center to expand to fill in the space?
