I have some information and questions ...
1)I find difficult to find this forum from the main web site home page .....

[strike]2) the home page say that TC is rtl ! Is there template that are not rtl or ltr ?
Does TC is also ltr ? The specification seem to say that dir has no default value but if page don't contain this information , the browser default setting seem to use dir=ltr ? [/strike]
3) TC create a html and css file like some grid generator . Is there a documentation about the name of the css class and their role ( css properties adding by default ) ?
4) Does TC take care only of horizontal layout ? Does is support by default baseline typographic Layout ?
5)How many base template TC support by default ? ( all the 14 model is for me base on the Model 14 ) . I read that TC ll support other template !!why other template since I was thinking that the 14 model are enough !!!
6) wich technology is use to make the only one TC template responsive ?
7) does the default Layout template is only fluid OR fixed ( not the both ? )
8 ) wich CSS version is use by the default template ?
9) wich DOCTYPE is use by default template ?
10) Does the css name label are base on a wellknow CSS Framework/technique ?
11) the template parameter let us choose beetween fixed and fluid ?
is there a way to add fixed widht on some html tag inside a fluid Template ?
Does this could be add before generate our custom TC template ?
12) TC support boostrap ( Page -> template parameters -> Load bootstrap ) .
What does it mean ? , does css and index file create from TC use in CSS boostrap name and place in html id and class bootstrap name that is define in this TC css file ?
13) is there a changelog page for each version of TC ?
14) is there some commercial website that use TC ? have you got some links ?
15) Last question not relative to TC but on CSS developper worflow . Which tool after export the work make in TC Do you think developper must be use to custom the index page and joomla extension page ( widget ) ?: desktop software tool ? , webtool service editor ? , browser plugin editor ? .
