Install issue server error 500

Error is now a db error saying that it cannot find
]Invalid object name 'jos_templateck_templates'.SQL=SELECT * FROM jos_templateck_templates ORDER BY id

I have looked in the db and cannot find that object either.

ok, so please totally uninstall the package (extension manager >> manage >> package type) and reinstall it

on reinstall same issue still no tables created in db.

I am using the windows version of Joomla on IIS and SQL server.
