Save error

I bought and installed the Template Creator CK 3.0.7 in Joomla 3.1. I created a new template, but I can not save the changes. When I click on "Save the template" a page appears with the following error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /duasletras/j31/index.php/component/templateck/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

1/ check with your host provider that "mod_security" is not enabled
2/ try to disable the SEF
