Article Author Date icons, Tabs, Quotes, etc.

Hi,Is there a way to manage and set also:

- Images layout - I mean set rules on when images are insert into articles, like edge and margin;
- Tabs;
- Quotes;
- Bulleted lists;
- Article Author and Date icons;

Like the email, pdf and print icons that you can set yet going on:
general page styles > system images
