Question regarding margins in wrappers

I have been trying to move the container of a wrapper down like 25px, the wrapper has it's own background image that is a small square and repeats horizontal and vertical, BUT when i try adding the value 25px to the top margin, it will move the container BUT it will also move the background image too, because of that, there is a white gap between the top wrapper and the middle wrapper.

Any ideas anyone?

just a question, have you watched the video about the collapsing margins issue in the template creator help page in the admin of the component ?

Yes, I have tried and reset all values in the middle wrapper which is the one I am trying to move down without also moving the background image.

I followed the video and now it doesn't have a white gap BUT the container is on the edge as when I started.

While in editing mode, it works as I am attaching another screenshot. But in preview it doesn't, it shows a white gap as showed in the previous screenshot.
