To remove the header text, you can simply choose to not load the maincontent on the home page from the parameters
www.template-creator.com/en/documentatio...hide-the-maincontent

for the headings, you can go in Main >> Titles

Thanks. I got all that working.

It's been a while since I've worked with a tradition template. How do I apply the look of the template creator article to an existing articles?

if you are talking about the look in the Layouts >> Article
then it will apply automatically once you have updated the template. There is nothing special to do

to apply the changes of your template go in Actions >> Copy/apply changes
or use the small icon in the bottom of the left panel
