I tried to make the tags in the middle of the page, but it didn't work and I used a separate code:

Why does the text editor for writing on your forum for help look like this, for the user, nothing is visible on it. I can't post an image, because I don't see such an icon in the editor, that's why I'm giving a link. This is how the editor looks for me:
