I added the favicon in the system images and it is there, but doesn't show in my browsers? I uploaded a .ico file, should it be a different format? I tried searching for the answer without success. ramonaselfstorage.com

not sure but I see that you are calling all your files from a domain "cloudfront" instead of your own domain
may be that there is a problem here
the favicon url that you can see in your source code points to the root page instead of the template folder
send me the "index.php" file from your template to check the code
