[BUG] CSS class "form-select" is not styled.

Hi,
The class style "form-select" is not getting styled, which is used by the Article Voting plugin and with some other plugins.
This looks like a flash light on a dark website. :lol:

the form-select is a standard css class from joomla for the select input

I'm migrating to Joomla 4 on a local test server, but here i have all the mess that Joomla puts into the "form-select" CSS class which causes conflicts with the Template-Created CSS Class.
