Can't get back to template!

please detail the problem, what is happening and how

I have set a 10px margin between the Menu and the Slideshow and between the 2 modules below. I have added the margins via the block in the pink container with success.

I then tried to put a radius of 10px on the articles on the Officers page and all the margins previously set were removed.

I have attached 3 screenshots showing what I have done along with the time stamps to show the order in which I was working. I hope this will help.

I don't see any margin rule here
please tell me where you have setup the margins (on which block) and give me a screenshot of the settings
