Error when choosing any image [SOLVED]

I have had the same issue before LINK placing any image with PBCK:

Creating a new "images"-folder does not help this time.
Choosing images with JCE is working well.
This issue occured after updating Joomla from 3.xx to 4.xx
On Joomla 3 it worked without problems.

does it work from the Jooma media manager ?

Checked that via FTP and AdminTools: Folders are 755, Files are 644
Can get access with media manager and JCE/ JCE FileBrowser
Cache emptied
