Old template will be converted (again and again and again)

One customer of mine asked me to publish again his site, that was closed two years ago. I used a file from Akeeba Backup ones and the website has been restored successfully.
Obviously, I had to update so many things, but no problem arose. With one exception...
Any time I edit my template and save the changes, a message appears.

Even if I confirm and save the template (and upload it), next time the message appears again.
I already updated to Template Creator CK Version 5.2.3, but the problem is still there.
What can I do?
