BG image not showing (supposedly)

There should be a large, full-width image below the header area (underneath the 3 buttons). I see it on both my desktop and phone, but the client (and, she says, some of her friends) don't see it.

I originally had it in the position in TC, and it wouldn't show in mobile for me, so I added it to the PB module and then it worked fine for me, but not for her.

Never had this fail before... do you see it?

yes I see an image like a photo album on Firefox, but I don't see it in Chrome
try to remove the spaces in the image filename

Done that, waiting for client. Interestingly., I use Chrome and could see it.
