Changing how Article and Blog layouts are displayed?

Is it a massive job to change how the Article and Blog layouts are displayed in Template Creator?

I am wanting to build content pages with the image first and the title, details, etc all within the body (see below image which is something I have mocked up by cutting and pasting screenshots).


Don't worry, I am not asking you to reconfigure Template Creator for my particular needs (going to ask a PHP freelancer) but just wondering how a big a task this will be?

Don't worry about this. I have given up with EasyLayouts as it is simply easier to modify (when I remember to rename so don't get overwritten) the com_content files.
