How to Left Align a module in a module position

How to Left Align a module in a module position was created by david.unwin

I have a row with 4 module positions. Only 1st 2 are currently used. The first one has our login/register module. The second is a social media module. I want the second module to left align. I have tried left align in module (see screen shot) Template Creator, but the module content still centres. Is it because I have 2 empty module positions? or is there a way to left align the content?

you can simply modify the width of your column, see the doc :

Hi Cedric,
I did have the columns set to 25% for each one. I have done them again and installed new version of template ....Still the same problem. I have cleared cache and my browsing history also.
See screen shots which show settings and output.
Did I misunderstand your instructions?
Kind regards
David

currently you have 2 modules published, and in this case your screenshot shows that the columns are 50/50
you must put 25/75 for the 2 modules case

you shall understand that this is not related to the number of columns that you select here, but the number of modules loaded in front
the "aligned modules" is different than the "row" behavior
