I really don't know ... just tested on my phone, I got the same problem
is there an IP filtering ? of localization protection ?

I have found the issue, a missing space character ....
replace this file in the component com_templateck/assets
www.dropbox.com/s/cyilatxhcfq4a6d/templateck_template.js?dl=0

then clear the cache and try again
