ok so the problem is that the background of the navigation is set in the template, but the topfixed feature is set in maximenu ck (which is inside the naviagation).The background is not inside maximenu ck, so it does not fix with it

2 solutions
1/ style maximenu to have the background on the menu (and remove it from the template navigation)
or
2/ add a row in the wrapper and put the navigation in it. Then you can fix the row on scroll in the template widget

I will try the 1st solution because I like maximenu CK and if it is uneasy (or not interesting for the development of the horizontal menu), I will use the 2nd one.
