Shrink or remove logo on scroll

Customer has asked if we can make the header area stick to the top - yes, of course. However, especially on mobile, this takes up a huge part of the screen. I think I asked once before about this, but couldn't see where.

Can we make the header wrapper (which contains the logo and menu) stick to the top and have the logo reduce by about 50% on scroll?
