Template Technicar - height of slideshow

Hey Ced, hope you are well in this Corona-Times.
I have downloaded your Template "Technicar" to modify it but using it as Basis.
I have a problem with your slideshow. I can give height and width however i want, i always have a grey colmumn below the sliderpics.
The smaler my browser, the bigger the grey column.
Any Idea, how i can remove it???

the slideshow area height is defined here this is a custom css property added in the #topbar block. Then the slideshow is loaded as background of this block
